1. Ameena Khizar Hayat Khan
Area of Expertise: Customer & Product Support
Ameena is the Assistant Manager Product Support working with Naseeb Online Service Pvt. Ltd.-Rozee Pk. With 5 years of experience in customer services, Ameena has become a strategic and influential team member in a critical leadership role within the customer success team. She has served as an influential player to build and develop sustainable post-sales support operations, support offerings, customer support initiatives and continuous improvement of portfolio as it relates to customer outcomes. She is behind the vision, strategy and execution for driving all customer support across all solutions and developing world-class global teams of customer support and successful professionals. She has also collaborated across and within organization to build strong customer loyalty and satisfaction.
2. Kanza Nazar
Area of Expertise: Marketing & Communications
Qualification: MBA-Finance University Of Central Punjab
With 6 years of experience in the advertising industry, Kanza has excelled in the relevant fields of the communication mix. Her duties comprised of, involvement in various areas be it research, strategy, development of creative content, media planning, financial management or correspondence with all related stake holders. She has worked on the accounts of Pepsi Cola, Slice, Aquafina, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s 2013 election wing, Haleeb Foods, Goodmilk, Anytime Juices, Oolala! Flavoured Milk, Chaika Tea whitener, Crescent school and Kingston College. She has executed their brand related projects and communication activities. She is an avid and quick learner with an adaptive mind believing in both capitalization of initiatives and teamwork. She is proactive with an ability to work under pressure and her background in finance strengthens her analytical and problem solving skills.
3. Sadia Faisal
Area of Expertise: Education
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering-Civil
Currently, Sadia is the Senior School Head at Beaconhouse Garden Town Campus in Lshore. Counseling and mentoring young adults has always been her interest and through this she has proudly been able to bring positive change in the students. She has expert knowledge of curriculum designing, re-designing and implementation, professional knowledge of mathematical and science approaches, including assessment, knowledge of techniques, test/measurement principles, and instructional material design and development. She has extensive knowledge of educational methodology and aims to apply it practically to improve student learning. She strives to excel in the field of education; accept challenging roles with opportunities of development and growth that will make her an asset for the organization and society.
4. Shayan Ather
Area of Expertise: Photography
Qualification: BSc Economics and Politics- Lahore University of Management Sciences
Shayan Ather is the founder and CEO of Shayan Ather Photography, a 5 year old media firm, doing editorial work (mostly fashion), corporate projects, travel projects and has also developed a niche in wedding coverage. Shayan is very passionate about women empowerment and she has combined that with her love for photography to do various mentoring sessions with companies such as Herself (2017) and Sessions with Lahore Grammar School (2017, and 2018). Her agenda is simple - to continue pursuing her dream and excel in her field, and motivate others (especially women) to follow theirs too. Her aim is to remain driven and fearless in a male-dominated industry to enable a greater space and platform for more women to come forward and shine. Shayan is a very young entrepreneur who established herself by passionately pursuing her dream and putting to use her talent in photography.
5. Hamana Gul
Area of Expertise: Branding & Marketing
Hamana is an experienced professional who loves to develop their knowledge and see them achieve their dreams. She has over 7 years of experience in the field of branding and marketing. Her body of work includes working with renowned brands such as Stylo Shoes Pakistan (Pvt Ltd.), Coca Cola, Icecek Pakistan, Borjan Shoes, Knight Frank, Ipsos Pakistan, Shajar School. She is trained in the implications of market research for marketing plans and brand management and looks forward to share her experience and learning as a mentor with the Job Asaan program.
6. Zainab Khan
Area of Expertise: Human Resources
Zainab has worked in the human resource sector for 20 years in varied industries and HR roles. This practical exposure and hands-on experience of working with executive leadership teams has helped create collaborative cultures where business can thrive through employee engagement, context based organizational design, training, development and succession planning, compensation and benefits and allied HR systems. Currently, she is the Lead Consultant at Seido HR. As a consultant, her expertise lie in leveraging her experience to realize the real-life challenges and limitations faced by organizations, and help them develop scenario based and context specific strategies, instead of the standard one-size-fits-all solutions.
